What is the Saga Sports returns and refunds policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return or report a damaged item, just email us at support@sagasports.co.uk with your order details, and we’ll get it sorted for you.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, email us immediately at support@sagasports.co.uk or call us at +447403488962. Because we process and pack orders quickly, we can only make updates if the package hasn't left our warehouse yet. If it has already shipped, you can simply return it to us for a refund once it arrives.
I didn't receive a confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk folder first, as email providers sometimes filter these out. If you still can't find it, don't worry, your order has been received and is being processed.
You can view your order status anytime by logging into your account history. If you need us to resend the confirmation or provide your order details directly, just contact our customer support team at support@sagasports.co.uk, and we'll be happy to help.

What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

If your order hasn't left our warehouse yet, we can easily update it for you. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to change the address, and you will need to contact the courier directly to redirect the package.
